Diamond Images, Inc. announces premier of the Diamond Images® online image catalog!

Premier of online offerings expected soon!

April 22, 2000 -- Diamond Images, Inc. of Alexandria, Virginia, announces that it will soon premier the online catalog of it's images under it's trademark, Diamond Images®.  The Diamond Images® online catalog will eventually feature most of the more than 600,000 images that Diamond Images, Inc. owns.  This catalog, while focused mostly on professional sports images, also features entertainers, political and historically significant subjects as well.   Subjects included in the Diamond Images® catalog include: Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, Jackie Robinson, Ted Williams, Cal Ripken, Jr., Jim Brown, Johnny Unitas, Frank Gifford, Joe Namath, Lawrence Taylor, Walter Payton, Joe Montana, Barry Sanders, Frank Sinatra, Muhammed Ali (Cassius Clay), John F. Kennedy,  Robert Kennedy, Herbert Hoover, Harry S. Truman, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Adlai Stevenson, 1968 GOP Convention, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Gen. Douglas MacArthur.  Most of these images have never before been seen or published.

Registered users will be allowed to view the catalog and order images for delivery or download images directly for publication.  The images in the catalog span the era from the early 20th century to the present day.
